Today I have another Tag for y’all, that I’m kinda late for! 😅 But then again I am not since I just got tagged again two days ago by Angelina Kerner @ Where Dragons Reside! Thanks for that! Before that I had been tagged by Lara @ The Heathen and y’all should definitely check out their blogs! They both are really supportive and their posts are just great!! 😊
A Character Appearance you misread or imagined differently?
Well I don’t really misread it, but sometimes I “adjust” things 😂 For example when they are dressed in a way I absolutely hate and if it’s not important for the story I just imagine them looking a little different 😅
A character name that you’ve been pronouncing wrong?
Yes! Rune from A Thousand Boy Kisses by Tillie Cole! I always pronounced it like the English word rune, even though I knew it was wrong, since I didn’t know the right way. But the author once shared a video of a Norwegian friend of hers pronouncing the name (which is Norwegian), so now I know the correct pronunciation! Yay! But honestly… I still pronounce the name the same way as before because I’d probably mess up the Norwegian way completely!
*BTW I tried to find the video but I couldn’t – Sorry guys!*
An overused trope that is your guilty pleasure?
Uhmm…I guess the one that comes to my mind right now is “Sister falling for big brother’s friend”! I’, a sucker for those books, however cliché it might be!
A Cliché Character That You Like Better On Screen Than Reading About?
There aren’t any that I can think of…
A Word Or Phrase That You Learned Because of It’s Use In Books?
I learned A LOT of phrases and words from books, especially when I first started reading English books, since it’s not my first language! Even now I learn a lot of phrases but I can’t put my finger on a single one right now!
Have You Ever Read/Not Completed A Required Reading Book For School?
I always try to complete my readings for school, as I am really ambitious and want to be prepared for tests and such – Yes, sometimes it took a LONG time for me to finish them, but I always finished them in the end!
How You Ever Skipped (Or Wanted To) A Chapter From The Point Of View Of A Character You Weren’t Interested In?
I don’t think I’ve come across a POV by a character I didn’t like yet. But if I did I wouldn’t not read it, but maybe I would skim across it…
Have You Ever Cancelled Social Plans To Read A Book?
Not yet, even though I wanted to 😅 But sometimes I do read at social things – so my best friend made drinking game for that…. It’s bad!
I tag:
- Niraja @ Fantastic Books and where to find them
- Cassiopeia’s Moon @ A book lovers corner
- Megan @ Bookslayer Reads
- Melissa @ Book Nerd Momo
- Lisa @ Nefarious Reader
Thanks for reading and I hope y’all will have fun with the Tag!!

Wow, I’m impressed by your discipline! I skipped or at least DNF’d quite a few books back in school.

Great post! I’m the same with set texts; I just can’t skip anything or give up – I have to persevere to the end! 😛

Thank you so much for the tag! I already did this one a while back but I loved reading your answers. Sister’s falling for their big brother’s friends is a favorite trope of mine as well! I can’t even count the amount of romance novels I read that have that. I never get tired of it! 😂🙈
